Titel: 2cy hybrid

Beskrivelse: Considered as a cachinnans x argentatus, and probably a F1-hybrid. At a first glance, it certainly gives the impression of a Caspian. However, a closer inspection reveals some striking details: 1. Fine streaking not restricted to hindneck as in first winter cach, but also on the ear-coverts and extending up to crown. 2. Underparts, including throat, breast and belly more boldly and extensively patterned than cach. 3. Not that advanced scapular moult, more similar to the average Herring Gull.
