Beskrivelse: Cape Glossy Starling is by far more wide spread than GBS in SA.. and since the two species in the field (and on pictures) can be difficult, - I took advice from other birders. My own first impression was GBS. This was supported by KMO, - thanks for the time and advice. Look at the prominent black tips on the wing coverts, - and the blue ear and blue belly/flanks supports the ID - (even if light and shades introduces a significant possibility for bias - on a single pic this might lead to mis-interpretation of 'actual' coloring
