Beskrivelse: Solo bird - early spring. 4 weeks gave us Emu's in 3 occations - this in Kalbarri, 4 individuals crossing the Costal Highway causing me to an emergency breake (near the turn of for Denham) - and finally in Exmouth where birds often are seen near and inside the city limits i.e. hotel lawns, school sports grounds etc.; - in the spring also often with chickens. Out side the city in the bush-land they are not so easy to spot - they have the head down for eating - and the body is easily mistaken for a 'bush' :-)
