Beskrivelse: One of several shots based on birds sitting on the clothes-line in the summer-cottage we visited this summer. The female is 'brown' - not so very much 'purple':-) Note that the uppertail coverts are a little reddish. Even more evident when in a better position than this shown here. A feature not shown in my field-guides
