This isn't a Black-eared but a Pied Wheatear (Oenanthe pleschanka). Please note the scaly appearance of the mantle and back, which is a diagnostic feature versus Black-eared of the eastern ssp. melanoleuca.
I have also note this wheatear and ist´s scaly upperparts as more in line with Pied. However I also had some thoughts about the vivid orange breastsides as more of a feature of BEW, meaning that I´m not questining David's ID.
