Titel: A true dream species of mine, the rock sandpiper!

Beskrivelse: This bird has been present more or less at the same place for a couple (8?) of winters in a row, at the W Cliff Dr in Santa Cruz. Normally, it doesn't go further south than to Oregon.

I had one in L.A. last winter, it was the first one there since 1964!

Okay, I know though that there was a 1cy rock sandpiper in Marina del Rey in december 2006. (See neillosin.com for pictures.)
